The Reinvestment Tool allows you to model how additional funds can grow over time when reinvested. This is a powerful and easy way to help clients understand the long-term financial benefits of their mortgage decisions.
Adding Inputs
1. Add your client's name by clicking + Add new or select them from the drop down.
2. Input a Lump Sum Payment and/or a Periodic Payment (recurring investment amount). At least one is required.
3. Select the periodic payment frequency under Period — monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
4. Add your Assumed Rate of Return (expressed as an annual rate).
5. Set the evaluation timeframe in years and/or months under Length to Evaluate.
6. Click Calculate.
