The Reinvestment Tool allows you to model how additional funds can grow over time when reinvested. This is a powerful and easy way to help clients understand the long-term financial benefits of their mortgage decisions.
Adding Inputs
1. Choose a client by typing their name in the field below and select them from the drop-down.

2. To add a new client, select + Add new from the drop-down.

3. Fill in your client's information and click Next. Name and FICO score are required fields.
4. You can also load previously created reports by clicking Saved Scenarios.

5. Select a saved scenario by clicking Load in the corresponding row.

6. Input a Lump Sum Payment and/or a Periodic Payment (recurring investment amount). At least one is required.
7. Select the periodic payment frequency under Period — monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
8. Add your Assumed Rate of Return (expressed as an annual rate).
9. Set the evaluation timeframe in years and/or months under Length to Evaluate.
10. Click Calculate.

Editing Your Report
Once your report is created and you need to make changes, you can quickly edit within the calculator. Follow the steps below to see how:
1. Click Edit.

2. Make your desired edits.
3. Click Update.
