Quick Guide to Getting Started with Home Report

Home Report keeps you front and center with your clients by delivering an automated monthly email that informs them about the health of their investment after closing. Home Report includes:

  • Home Stats: Key information about the client's home, including purchase price, current equity, and automated valuation models.
  • Readiness to Move Score: Get notified when a client indicates their likelihood of moving so you can reach out to provide assistance.
  • Savings Calculator: Helps clients understand how making additional principal payments can reduce the amount of interest paid over time.
  • Appreciation Forecast: Estimates the potential increase in home value over time.
  • Home Maintenance and Financial Tips: Offers advice on maintaining and enhancing home value.
  • Area Sales Statistics and Trends: Shows recent listings and sales in the client's area.
  • Market Activity: Keeps clients updated on local pricing and inventory trends.
  • Referral Widget: Helps capture new clients each time a client refers a friend or family member.

Navigating to Home Report

1. Login to your ListReports account.

2. Click on Home Report in the left-hand navigation menu.

 


Inviting Clients 

Next, it's time to invite your clients to the Home Report! You can:

3. Add multiple clients at once. You can bulk upload up to 500 clients at a time. Learn how:

4. Share Home Report beyond your immediate network by distributing your personal invite link. To get started, go to your Home Report tab and click Share my invite link.

From there, choose how you'd like to share your link. Here are a few easy ways to get it in front of more people:

  • Copy Link: Add your link to your email signature so new clients can easily sign up to receive their Home Report.
  • Download QR Code: Print your personalized QR code on flyers, business cards, door hangers, and more.
  • Text to Self: Send the link to your phone, making it simple to copy and paste into text messages to your contacts.
  • Share on Social Media: Choose from several engaging images in the Shareables tab to quickly share your invite link with your network on social media.

Once you invite a client, they'll receive an email with a link to their personalized Home Report landing page. This page can be bookmarked and accessed anytime.


Monitoring Results and Following Up

Once invited, you can monitor your client’s invitation as well as their interactions with their Home Report in the Home Report tab.

Pay attention to the activity alerts being sent to you both via email from ListReports and under the activities metrics so that you do not miss any leads:

  • Activities: This metric shows the number of times a client has interacted with their Home Report. By clicking on the number of activities, you can drill down further to view what actions your client took within their Home Report, along with the day and time it occurred. To learn more about activities and how to use them to effectively follow up with your clients, click here
  • Readiness to Move: Clients can give you direct feedback on how soon they are likely to move so you can know when to reach out and offer assistance with preapproval and planning for their goals. 
  • Contact Form Leads: Clients will email you directly through the Home Report contact form. Monitor your inbox and respond to these as quickly as possible as they’re usually asking for your immediate assistance. 

Searching and Filtering Clients


Quick Filters

Use the tiles at the top of the Home Report page to quickly filter by each corresponding filter:

  • Home Reports to Create: Use this filter to identify clients who have not yet been invited to Home Report.
  • Receiving Home Report: Use this filter to view clients who have been invited to Home Report and are not opted-out or archived. 
  • Total Clients Invited by Agents: These are shared leads that your paired agent has invited to Home Report. 

Click the tile again in order to clear the filter.

 

Search and More Filters

Use the Search bar and Filter button under the Home Report tab to:

  • Search individual clients by name, email, or property address.
  • Filter for clients by:
    • Status: Filter by where clients are in their Home Report journey.
      • Not Invited: Clients who have not been sent a Home Report because required information is missing (typically their email address). Click Invite to complete the missing details.
      • Receiving: Clients who are receiving the Home Report but have not yet interacted with it.
      • Engaged: Clients who are receiving their Home Report and have viewed it at least once.
      • Opted Out: Clients who have opted out of receiving their Home Report.
      • Archived: Users you have archived who are no longer subscribed to Home Report.
    • Source: This will designate/show how your client was added to Home Report:
      • Manual Input
      • Bulk Upload
      • Signup Link
      • QR Code Signup
      • Shareables Signup
    • Transaction Date
    • Loan Amount
    • Interest Rates Between
    • Loan Terms
    • Purchase Price

If using filters, always remember to click Apply at the bottom of the pop-out.

 


Pairing and Co-branding with Agents on Home Report

Pairing with agents on Home Report unlocks powerful co-branding opportunities. Follow the steps below to maximize your reach. 

1. Pair with agents: 

  • If you have ListReports Elite + Home Report, click here to learn how.

2. Adding an agent's co-branding: Once paired, you can add an agent’s co-branding to your clients' Home Reports. Click here to see how. 

3. Home Report unlocked for paired agents: Your paired agents can also invite their clients to receive personalized monthly Home Reports, just like you. Their clients will appear in your Home Report dashboard as "Shared Leads," giving you visibility so you can help serve their clients' needs and strengthen your relationship.
