We always recommend using Google Chrome when accessing any Highway website.
Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots (Menu) in the upper-right corner.
- Hover over "More tools" and choose "Clear browsing data."
- Select a time range or "All time" to clear all data.
- Check "Cached images and files."
- Click "Clear data."
Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Internet options."
- Go to the "General" tab.
- Under "Browsing history," click "Delete..."
- Check "Temporary Internet files and website files."
- Click "Delete."
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots (Settings) in the upper-right corner.
- Go to "Privacy, search, and services."
- Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."
- Check "Cached images and files."
- Click "Clear."
Mozilla Firefox:
- Open Mozilla Firefox.
- Click the three lines (Menu) in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Options."
- Go to "Privacy & Security" on the left.
- Under "Cookies and Site Data," click "Clear Data."
- Check "Cached Web Content."
- Click "Clear."
Safari (for Mac users):
- Open Safari.
- Click "Safari" in the menu bar.
- Choose "Preferences."
- Go to the "Advanced" tab.
- Check "Show Develop menu in menu bar."
- Click "Develop" in the menu bar.
- Select "Empty Caches."
Clearing Cache on Mobile Devices:
- On smartphones and tablets, find the "Clear Cache" or "Storage" option in the app settings to clear app-specific cache.
