Co-Branding with a Real Estate Agent

In this article we will cover how to co-brand with an agent on MBS Highway. Similar to configuring your Custom Header, this feature allows you to import an agent's headshot and other information you'd like to include for their co-branded flyers. Once you've successfully added your co-branding partner, you'll be all set to kickstart your impactful campaign initiatives.

1. Under Custom Settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Co-Brand Header under Co-Brand Settings.

2. To create a new Co-Brand in MBS Highway, click Add New Co-Brand Partner from the dropdown menu.
3. Click New.

From here, you can choose to either add your co-brand partner's information manually or invite them to create their account on MBS Highway and partner with you:

1. Add Co-Brand Partner lets you manually create your partners’ headers on their behalf. You will need their:
   • Headshot
   • Email*
   • Name*
   • Company*
   • Title
   • NMLS/License #
   • Address
   • City
   • State
   • Zip
   • Phone number(s)*
   • Website URL
     • * Required Fields to save the header.
   • Click Save once the information has been entered.
2. Click Invite Realtor to create a Co-Brand to invite your Co-Brand partner to access the MBS Highway Realtor portal. 
   • Enter their name and email address. 
   • Click Add once done. 
   • Click Add Recipient to add any other Co-Brand partner to the list that you’d like to invite.
   • Click Next.

• • Click Send to send the invitations to your Co-Brand partner(s).

To ensure you are RESPA compliant, you must charge the co-branded real estate agent $20 per year for co-branded marketing. For your convenience, we have provided an invoice you can download and use in the Co-Brand Settings on MBS Highway.
