The Co-Branding section in Account Settings allows you to manage your real estate referral partners. From here, you can invite new agents, add existing partners, track their status, and manage co-branded relationships in one place.
Navigating to Co-branding with Agents
1. Hover over your cursor over your headshot and click Account Settings.
2. Click the Co-Branding sub-tab.
Inviting and Adding Co-Brand Partners
From here, you can invite or manually add agents you would like to co-brand with on your marketing materials. To remain RESPA compliant, you must ensure your co-branded real estate agent is charged $20 per year for co-branded marketing. If you add the agent manually, this fee must be collected separately. If you invite the agent to co-brand through the Realtor Portal, they will enter their credit card details during registration and Highway will automatically bill the $20 annual fee.
Inviting Agents to Co-brand
1. To invite an agent to co-brand with you on MBS Highway, click the Invite button.
2. Enter the agent's name and email.
3. Click Send.
Adding Agents to Co-brand
1. You can also add agent's as a co-branded partner by clicking + Add.
2. Review the RESPA compliance notice and then click I Agree. You will be able to download the invoice
3. Next, you can upload the agent's headshot by clicking Upload.
4. Click Upload.
5. Select the photo file from your computer.
6. Adjust the zoom on the photo using the + or - .
7. Once satisfied, click Apply.
8. Next, fill out their information. This will be displayed on co-branded marketing kits. Required fields include their name, email, license, phone number, and company name.
9. Click Save.
Downloading an Agent's Membership Invoice
To generate and send your co-brand partner agent their yearly membership invoice, follow the steps below:
1. Click the receipt icon pictured below.
2. Next, click Download.
Editing your Co-brand Partner's Branding
1. To edit your co-brand partner's branding information such as their headshot, name, email, phone number and company details, click the pencil icon.
2. Once you make your edits, click Save.
Deleting a Co-brand Partner
1. To remove a co-brand partner, click the trash can icon and then confirm you would like to delete them.
2. Confirm you would like to delete your co-branded partner from your account by clicking Delete.
