The Speed Meeting's Highway Recording tool allows you to create new videos and search for videos you’ve already created. For existing videos, you can rename, download, delete or send them within the library.
Please note: Speed Meeting is currently optimized for your desktop experience. You may experience less than ideal performance when using mobile devices.
Renaming a Video
To change the name of a previously recorded video, follow the steps below:
- Find the previously recorded video by:
- Searching for the video.
- Navigating the separate sections, utilizing the drop down arrows on the header of each section to reveal videos.
- Once you locate the video, there are two ways to rename the video:
- Click on the video’s tile to open a preview and additional options for editing or sharing.
- From here, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- The second option is to simply click on the three dots in the top right corner of the video tile to reveal a quick menu of actions you can take on the video: Rename, Download, Delete, or Send the video.
- Click Rename.
- A window will appear where you can type in or edit the video name. Click Save once you are happy with the new name or click Cancel to keep the name the same.
Downloading a Video
To download a previously recorded video, follow the steps below:
- Find the previously recorded video you would like to download by:
- Searching for the video.
- Navigating the separate sections, utilizing the drop down arrows on the header of each section to reveal videos.
- Once you locate the video, there are two ways to download the video:
- Click on the video’s tile to open a preview and additional options for editing or sharing.

- From here, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- The second option is to click on the three dots in the top right corner of the video window to reveal a quick menu of actions you can take on the video: Rename, Download, Delete, or Send the video.
- Click Download.
- Your video will be downloaded to your computer. You will find it under your recent downloads folder on your computer. We recommend saving it to a folder on your computer where you can easily find it in the future!
Deleting a Video
To delete a video from the video library, follow the steps below:
- Find the video you would like to make changes to by either:
- Searching for the video
- Navigating the separate sections, utilizing the drop down arrows on the header of each section to reveal videos.
- Once you locate the video, there are two ways to rename the video:
- Click on the video tile to open a preview of the video and additional options for editing or sharing.

- From here, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- The second option is to simply click on the three dots to reveal a quick menu of actions you can take on the video: Rename, Download, Delete, or Send the video.
- Click Delete.
- A window will appear to confirm if you would like to permanently delete the video. If you would like to proceed, click Delete. Otherwise, click Cancel.
Please note: If you previously downloaded the video and shared it as a file, the actions described above will not delete files that were shared with this method.
Sending a Video
To send a video via email, follow the steps below
- Find the video by:
- Searching for the video.
- Navigate the separate sections, utilizing the drop down arrows on the header of each section to reveal videos.
- Once you locate the video, there are two ways to rename the video:
- Click on the video tile to open a preview and additional options for editing or sharing.
- From here, you can click on the Send button in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- The second option is to simply click on the three dots to reveal a quick menu of actions you can take on the video.
- Select Send.
- A window will appear with a thumbnail preview of the video and additional fields you will need to fill out.
- Add a note to your client in the Custom Message field.
- Add your client’s name.
- Add at least one email address, up to four total.
- Lastly, click Send to send out the video.
Your client(s) will receive two emails. The first email will have a link to the video. Once your client clicks on the link, it will trigger the second email to be sent with the access code.
