MBS Highway provides you with voice and text alerts to help you stay on top of any changes that happen in the market. We provide up to four text alerts and the ability to choose what time you would like to receive them. You’ll receive Market Alerts (Lock and Float alerts), as well as updates to bond pricing throughout the day.

Voice Alerts 

Turning Voice Alerts On/Off

Voice alerts will call and provide you critical market alerts (Rate Lock, Float, etc) via a phone call. If you do not answer, we will leave you a voicemail. To turn your voice alerts on or off, follow the steps below:

1. Hover over your photo icon and click on Edit Profile.
2. Click on Edit Alert Settings under Voice and Text Alert Settings. 
3. Click on Yes next to Voice Alerts to turn on voice alerts. Click No to turn them off. 

4. Click Save Voice Alerts to save your settings. 

Text Alerts 

We provide up to four text alerts for bond market updates as well as market alerts to notify you when to lock in rates or float. 

Turning Text Alerts On/Off

1. Hover over your photo icon and click on Edit Profile.
2. Click on Edit Alert Settings under Voice and Text Alert Settings. 
3. Click on Yes next to Text Alerts to turn on voice alerts. Click No to turn them off. 
4. Click Save Text Alerts to save your settings. 

Turning on Market Alerts Only

If you would like to only receive market alerts when major movement occurs: 

1. Hover over your photo icon and click on Edit Profile.
2. Click on Edit Alert Settings under Voice and Text Alert Settings. 
3. Click on Market Alerts Only.
4. Click Save Text Alerts to save your settings. 

Now you will only receive Lock and Float alerts text messages. 

Choosing Bond Market Text Alert Times

To receive alerts on certain time intervals, follow the steps below:

1. Hover over your photo icon and click on Edit Profile.
2. Click on Edit Alert Settings under Voice and Text Alert Settings. 
3. Click on Choose Text Times.
4. Select up to four times you would like to receive updates to the bond market using the drop down under Text Windows. 

5. Click Save Text Alerts to save your settings.
