Create Your Custom Header: Step-by-Step Guide

Your custom header automatically brands the shareable content you can export from MBS Highway with your photo, logo, contact information, disclosures, and more.

 


How to Create a Header

To create your own custom header that can be applied to client-facing reports, follow the steps below:

  1. Hover over the profile icon at the top right corner. 
  2. Click on Custom Settings.
    • You can also access your header settings under Edit Profile>Edit Header. 
  3. Click Custom Header under Header Settings.
  4. Add or change your headshot under the Headshot tab. 
    • Click New to upload a new photo from your computer for your headshot. 
      • All photos must be in a .png, .gif, or .jpg format.
    • Click Edit to adjust your current headshot photo. 

  1. Click the Logo tab. 
    • Click New to upload a new photo from your computer for your logo. 
      • All photos must be in a .png, .gif, or .jpg format.
    • Click Edit to adjust your current logo photo. 
  2. Click the Info tab. 
    • Update your company, title, NMLS#, address, city, state, zip code, primary phone type and number, website URL, and a custom field. 
      • Name and email address cannot be changed within your header. Please contact support@mbshighway.com to make changes. 
    • Corporate sponsored accounts may have certain settings that will override a corporate approved logo, disclaimer and compliance logos. When corporate settings are applied, “Restricted from Editing” will appear. 
  3. Click the Compliance tab 
    • Update your Disclaimer and choose the appropriate Compliance Logos
  4. To include your custom header in exported reports, make sure to check the Use Header on exports checkbox.

  1. Click Preview to review your custom header. 
  2. Click Save to save your new custom header and header settings. 

 

A green bar will appear at the top to confirm that your information has been successfully saved. Your header will not save unless all required fields (indicated with a *)  are filled out including the disclaimer within the compliance tab.
