Payment Calculator: Step-by-Step Guide

The Payment Calculator gives you a quick and simple way to provide your clients with their monthly payment amount, as well as their amortization schedule. 



  1. Enter the Loan Amount, Term and Rate in their respective fields.
  2. Use the drop down for the Type field to choose the loan type. 
  3. Click Show Payment Info.

The monthly payment will be calculated and an amortization schedule will be created. The schedules break down your client’s total payment, remaining balance and how much is being paid towards principal and interest.
